| abstract |
This BGS marine geophysical survey took place in June 1990 in the Celtic Sea and English Channel aboard the Royal Research Ship RSS Charles Darwin (Charles Darwin CD48). The purpose was to gather gravity data. A total of 12 survey lines of generally good quality data were collected. Sea floor data were collected using an echo-sounder. Subsurface data were gathered using a gravity meter and a magnetometer. The data were recorded as paper records. The data are archived by BGS. Technical details of the survey are contained in BGS Internal Report WB/90/29.
